Salary: Up to $105,000 + 20% discretionary bonus

About the role
As our first Customer Success Manager in NYC, you’ll be the trusted partner to clients across healthcare, wellness, and corporate sectors. You will guide them through onboarding, platform adoption, value realisation, and long-term success, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape our US Customer Success function within a fast-growing global healthtech company.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of US clients across healthcare, wellness, and corporate sectors
Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of Physitrack solutions
Run regular success reviews and workshops to align product use with client goals
Deliver engaging live and digital sessions showcasing best practices and new features
Partner with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Work with Marketing and Product to share client insights and case studies
Track client health metrics and drive renewal and retention outcomes
Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other B2B SaaS client-facing roles
Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills with senior stakeholders
Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills with commercial awareness
Background or interest in digital health, wellbeing, or healthtech
Experience driving revenue through renewals, upsells, or expansions
Skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident delivering content both live and digitally
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B healthtech, or digital wellbeing platforms
