Physitrack develops digital tools that support healthcare practitioners and employers be heroes for their patients and employees wherever they are based.
Headquartered in London, we’ve been a remote first company since 2012. Now we have employees on 5 different continents. We're a continuous learning organisation - so we're humble and are always trying to learn how other organisations work - but we think we've got a pretty good set up to help our remote teams connect and achieve their goals.

Remote first; flexible.
We have team members on 5 continents. We know this one of our superpowers - if you want to understand what the market is like in Indonesia, ask Opi; what's the latest health trends in Texas, speak to Mike.
You'll still need agree working hours and other norms within your team, but we encourage flexibility. Core to all of this is trust and transparency. If you want to go to the gym or hang out with your kids for a couple of hours during the day, we're 100% cool with that - just let us know and we'll trust you to do your job in the time that suits you. -
Modern tools and approaches to help you do your job.
We believe the old ways of doing things should be challenged. As a Physitracker we promise you:
1. No meetings for meetings' sake. We use tools like Notion and Slack for written status updates. Meetings should ideally focus on decision making and debate, and when they do take place, the meeting will have been prepared for pre-reading.
2. Your calender will ideally be free from internal meetings Tuesday to Thursday. As you need to focus on deep work or meeting customers.
3. Modern communication tools. We're diverse and we're proud about it. We use modern communication techniques to bridge time zones and allow for asynchronous work. -
Connecting when it make sense.
When we connect we make the most of it. We appreciate humans need human connection.
Our teams are empowered to meet up when and how it makes sense for them, for example planning the launch of a new product.
Our engineering team meet up for an annual bbq and hike - that works for this team and helps them to integrate new starters. While our Product and Marketing teams recently met up to plan out their approaches for the year ahead.
