Our history
Company founded.
Established in December 2013 as Advanced Total Therapy Limited. Initial dual physiotherapy clinic operation in Chiswick and Rochester.
Expansion.
Rebranded to Rehabplus from 2019-2022, we continued to expand our services.
Joining forces.
Rehabplus became part of the Physitrack group with a mission to elevate the world's wellbeing.
We all became one.
Rehabplus rebranded to become Champion Health Plus Ltd, supporting its sister company Champion Health to elevate the World's Wellbeing.
10 Years in and its just the beginning.
Champion Health Plus now operates from over 15 clinics in London and operates a National Physiotherapy Service consisting of over 850 partner clinics. Our vision for Champion Health+ is for a cutting edge digital care-first business - which carefully combines clinical expertise, technology and behavioural change to help our patients recover as quickly as possible.
