This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on outcomes-based selling and pipeline ownership. You’ll be at the frontline of transforming healthcare and workplace wellbeing — helping insurers, hospitals, and employers deliver better health outcomes at scale.
About You
We are searching for an Account Executive to join our team. You need to be a confident communicator with excellent sales execution and relationship-building skills. You should have a growth mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on commercial impact, outcomes-based selling, and pipeline ownership.
- Healthtech buyers: insurers, MSK/physio providers, digital health platforms, hospitals, EHR partners.
- Workplace Wellbeing buyers: HR, People, Reward teams, brokers, and occupational health leaders.
🚀 What You’ll Own
Pipeline Development:
Targeted outbound prospecting, events, LinkedIn, referrals.
Discovery & Solution Selling:
Uncover challenges, tailor demos, build ROI cases.
Drive Deals to Close:
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
Market Representation:
Represent Physitrack at industry events and client workshops.
Skills & Experience
2–5 years B2B sales (SaaS, digital health, HR tech, or insurance).
Experience selling into regulated/complex industries (healthcare, insurance, HR)
Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals.
CRM discipline (HubSpot), strong forecasting and pipeline management.
Excellent communicator — able to simplify technical or clinical concepts.
