Salary: £40,000 (Plus Bonus)

About You
As a Customer Success Manager at Physitrack, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our digital health and wellbeing solutions. You will be the trusted partner to healthcare providers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders-helping them onboard smoothly, adopt our platform effectively, and achieve measurable outcomes for their people.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients across healthcare, wellness, and corporate sectors.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and adoption of Physitrack solutions.
- Run regular success reviews and workshops to align product use with client goals.
- Deliver engaging sessions (live and digital) to demonstrate best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to provide client insights, testimonials, and case studies.
- Track and report on client health metrics, driving retention and renewal outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B SaaS client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to present, train, and facilitate sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with commercial awareness.
- Background or strong interest in healthtech, wellbeing, or digital healthcare solutions.
- Experience supporting revenue growth through renewals, upsells and expansions with experience in exceeding individual and team targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and content delivery skills (live and digital).
- Strong problem-solving ability and confidence in driving client adoption.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B healthtech, or digital wellbeing platforms.
