Phase 1: Submit your CV and share your portfolio
Application
You'll need to share your CV and we'd find it really helpful if you can provide a link, or attach, your portfolio of work. The more evidence you can give the hiring team, the easier it is for the hteam to help you get the role.
Phase 2: Small task
Testing your competence
We'll set a short assignment to test your competence.
Don't worry - we'd never use this for anything other than you assessment and it will be deleted post our recruitment process. We also promise to keep the ask concise and achievable - we know recruitment is a demand on your time and energy.
Phase 3: Interview(s)
Checking fit
We'll interview you to ensure you have the experiences, skills and behaviours you'll need to be a success. It will be a friendly Panel - we're help to help you give us the evidence we need to put you forward.
Phase 4: Submit references
Verifying
If successful, please expect us to ask for references.
