Our engineer hiring process
Phase 1: Submission
Submitting your CV
Please submit your CV. We're looking for CV's the match the role description. It is as simple as that.
All Physitrack team members are expected to speak English as a business language in addition to your native tongue.
Please bear in mind that for some roles we can receive hundreds of applications - we ask for your patience.
Phase 2: Screening
Our screening process for engineers
Our engineering team is experienced. They have reviewed 1000s of CVs between them and promise to carefully consider your CV.
If they think you have skills and experiences we need, you'll be invited to speak to the hiring manager. During this call they will ask you questions about your CV and talk you through the role and Physitrack.
Phase 3: Interviews
How we interview
You'll have a technical competence interview which will last around 1.5 hours, this will be followed by a cultural fit which will last around 1 hour interview.
If successful, you'll receive a formal job offer, which if you accept, will trigger our onboarding process.
