I joined Champion Health because of all the great work they were doing within the wellbeing space, I was already hooked on them as a business before I learnt just how much they cared about their people. I came from a self-employed background, so having never been mico-managed, enjoying full flexibility and autonomy of my schedule I was apprehensive to see how I would 'fit'.
