Screening
We're use an initial AI screen to ensure your CV meets the key skills and experiences we've asked for in the Job Description.
Following that, you'll receive an invitation to a video call screen. During this 30 min call we'll explore your CV and discuss the role in more detail.

Work assignment
We set work assignments at Physitrack ahead of interview.
Work assignments help to give us a sense of your competence. These will be concise, we appreciate your time is precious and we know we're not assessing you for a Nobel prize.
Don't worry, these are theoretical and meant to test your skills, we'll never use your work beyond our interview process. -
Interviews
You'll likely have two interviews over video conference. These will be 45 mins long and explore both technical and cultural fit.
