Jack is the Head of People at Physitrack. He is responsible for ensuring Physitrack is a healthy and happy place to work, with a continuous learning environment.

Jack is a former Senior Civil Servant and has led large and multidisciplinary teams. He's qualified to lead Major Projects (>£1bn) by Oxford University.

Jack's passion for wellbeing comes from his time setting up the pioneering Work and Health Unit for the UK Government which established the evidence base behind healthy work, as well as being Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Disabled People.
